Jobgether is seeking a Founding Engineer in Europe to shape an early-stage AI infrastructure product, working directly with the founder. You will own architecture, backend, frontend, and AI agent systems, turning ambitious ideas into production-ready solutions for real businesses.

Qualifications

• At least two years delivering production software or equivalent founder/early startup experience.
• Hands-on production AI experience with LLM apps or AI agents.
• Experience across backend, frontend, and infrastructure.
• Strong software architecture and scalable systems design.
• Proven ability to work independently in an early-stage startup.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable infrastructure to support growth.
• Build and operate AI agent runtime and supporting systems.
• Lead end-to-end product development across backend, frontend, and AI.
• Evolve prototypes into production systems for real-world use.
• Define technical vision and choose appropriate technologies.
• Establish engineering standards and practices.
• Deliver continuous product improvements based on user feedback.
• Improve AI system reliability and verification processes.
• Own technical challenges and balance short-term needs with long-term quality.
