Job summary

Enginy AI is seeking a seasoned Fullstack Engineer to own features from concept to production, spanning backend workflows to rich frontend UIs. You will shape systems and standards as the company scales, contributing across the stack and collaborating with Product and Design.

You’ll work in Barcelona on a fast-moving AI-native GTM platform for B2B teams, with ownership from day one and opportunities to impact customers directly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience across backend and frontend.
• Strong experience with TypeScript, Node.js and React.
• Solid understanding of modern API design and web architectures.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
• Ability to work autonomously and ship high-quality code.
• Strong communication and English proficiency.
• Bias for action and ownership in a fast-moving startup.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end feature delivery across backend and frontend.
• Build scalable backend services and async workflows (Temporal).
• Develop responsive React + TypeScript web UIs.
• Improve performance and observability across the stack.
• Collaborate with Product and Design on trade-offs.
• Help shape engineering practices as we scale.
