Firmament Sports is seeking a Sales Executive with a passion for sport to join our growing team in Barcelona. You will manage leads for football Experiences and Summer Camps, guiding families from initial enquiry to enrolment and closing deals.

The role offers a permanent, full-time contract with a fixed salary plus sales commission. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with German or other languages valued; HubSpot experience is highly regarded, and a proactive, organized approach is

Formación

• Previous experience in sales, customer service or commercial roles.
• Fluent Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
• German or other languages will be highly valued.
• Experience using HubSpot or other CRM platforms will be highly valued.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer-service skills.
• Proactive, organised and results-oriented with multi-lead management.

Responsabilidades

• Contact and follow up with leads interested in our football Experiences and Summer Camps.
• Present our programmes, answer questions and understand the needs of each family or participant.
• Manage the full sales process, from initial contact to closing the sale.
• Communicate with leads by phone, email and other channels.
• Keep customer and sales information up to date in our CRM.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets.
