Four Seasons Mallorca at Formentor seeks a Kitchen & Hygiene Admin Office assistant for a seasonal, full-time role supporting Culinary and Hygiene teams. You will manage documentation, reports and ensure food-safety records are complete and accessible.

Responsibilities include compiling hygiene inspection reports, maintaining records of handling, storage, and temperature controls, and coordinating with related departments. Fluency in English or Spanish is expected.
