Job summary

Vueling Airlines, part of the IAG group, is seeking a Schedule Planning Analyst to support the creation, maintenance, and optimization of the network flight schedule using data-driven methods. This role focuses on delivering a reliable schedule that aligns with operational and commercial goals.

You will collaborate with Operations, Commercial, Revenue Management and other teams to analyze large datasets, prepare dashboards, and implement process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 0–2 years of analytical/operational experience.
• English proficiency at C1 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creation, maintenance, and optimization of flight schedules across the network.
• Monitor schedule performance and support changes based on operational or regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate schedule updates with Operations, Commercial, Revenue Management, Airport Services and Customer Experience teams.
