Vueling Airlines SA is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis professional to support budgeting, forecasts, and financial analyses across the organization. You will collaborate with Operations, Commercial, HR, IT and Finance to provide actionable insights and ensure sustainable profitability.

The role emphasizes strong Excel modelling, advanced analysis, and clear communication to senior management, with English fluency required and Spanish valued.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A Master's Degree or further specialization in Finance is considered an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and support the annual budgeting process across multiple business areas.
• Perform monthly and quarterly financial analyses comparing actuals to budgets and forecasts.
• Develop and maintain rolling forecasts incorporating operational and market updates.
• Analyse financial and operational data to ensure alignment with targets and plans.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management.
• Challenge inputs, validate forecasts, and improve accuracy and reliability.
• Collaborate with Operations, Commercial, HR, IT, and Finance to provide financial guidance.
• Monitor cost controls and track savings against targets.
• Support business cases, investment analyses, scenario planning, and strategic projects.
• Participate in period-end reviews and continuous improvement of planning processes.
