Prosper AI, headquartered in New York with an office in Barcelona, is expanding its team in Barcelona. We are seeking our first dedicated Recruiter to own searches from kickoff with hiring managers through to signed offers, and to shape our hiring processes as we scale.

You will report to the Head of People, partnering with managers and founders. This role is based in our Barcelona office, requiring at least three days per week in person.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting, ideally in-house at a fast-growing tech startup.
• Demonstrated experience hiring engineers, with examples of searches you've led from kick-off to signed offer.
• Strong sourcing skills: you excel at finding and attracting passive candidates.
• Able to manage multiple searches simultaneously with excellent follow-through; hiring managers and candidates never chase you for updates.
• Provide hiring managers with a clear, data-backed point of view, and aren’t afraid to challenge ineffective processes or profiles.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken; you’ll work with teams and candidates across Europe and the US.

Responsabilités

• Run searches end to end: kick-off with the hiring manager, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and closing
• Source directly and build strong pipelines of passive candidates; the majority of your hires will come from your outreach
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, assessment strategies, and candidate profiles
• Ensure every candidate experiences a fast, clear, and respectful process; everyone hears back from us
• Keep Ashby updated and report on pipeline health, time to hire, and conversions for each search
• Continuously improve our processes: interview guides, scorecards, outreach templates, and our presence in the Barcelona tech community
