LaFinteca in Barcelona is seeking a Partnerships Analyst to grow and manage our supplier network and support product expansion in LATAM. This on-site, full-time role collaborates with Product, Compliance, and Operations to ensure partnerships run smoothly.

You will connect with partners, negotiate terms, and align with executives while staying proactive, organized, and data-driven in a fintech environment. English and Spanish are required; Portuguese is a bonus.

Formación

• Interest in fintech and LATAM payments.
• Strong relationship builder and negotiator.
• Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• Works well with cross-functional teams and executives.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a bonus.
• Familiar with Confluence, Jira, Slack.

Responsabilidades

• Find & connect with suppliers: Identify potential partners, gather info, and establish strong relationships.
• Negotiate & close deals: Conduct meetings, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements that make sense for LaFinteca.
• Work across teams: Collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Operations to ensure partnerships support our goals.
• Support onboarding & integration: Make joining LaFinteca easy and seamless for new partners.
• Expand our network: Attend events, explore opportunities, and help LaFinteca grow in LATAM.
• Collaborate with executives: Work with C-level to align partnerships with business strategy.
