Job summary

COLIBRIX ONE, a fast-growing fintech, is hiring a Key Account Manager in Barcelona to build strategic relationships with merchants and drive product adoption.

You will collaborate across departments, manage onboarding, advise on services, and ensure exceptional service.

Fluency in English and Russian is required; Spanish/other languages are a plus; this role offers a collaborative team and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in a regulated entity in banking/payments (preferred).
• Experience in a client-facing B2B role is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage client onboarding and initial document review.
• Advise customers on products and services.
• Establish and maintain sustainable client relationships.
• Update and maintain the client database.
• Serve as single point of contact and coordinate with finance, compliance and operations.
• Anticipate client needs and coordinate with internal teams to drive innovation.
