Job summary

Flanks is seeking a Financial Customer Support Intern in Barcelona to own onboarding and day-to-day support for strategic clients, collaborating with the Tech team and reporting to the CISO. You will gather requirements, track delivery timelines, and ensure new developments land smoothly for users who rely on them.

The role combines technical exposure with client relationship work, offering growth in a fast-growing fintech startup with a supportive culture and hybrid work options in Barcelona.

Qualifications

• Exposure to financial markets or wealth management is preferred.
• Strong client-facing communication skills are essential.
• Structured, organized approach to handling multiple requests and deadlines.
• Good problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Gather client requirements for new features and integrations and translate them into clear specs for the team.
• Own and manage the timeline of new developments, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
• Be the first point of contact for client issues, triaging and resolving them or escalating when needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external providers to keep implementations on track.
