Flanks is a Barcelona-based fintech startup empowering wealth managers with a comprehensive SaaS platform. We are seeking a Financial Analyst Intern to join the Product Team and ensure portfolios are accurately loaded, well-classified, and reliable for clients.

You will analyze complex data availability, propose solutions, and contribute to data quality while reporting to the Product Operations Manager. This internship is full-time with hybrid work options in Barcelona.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of financial products such as portfolios and performance data.
• Strong analytical mindset to break down complex data problems and find structured solutions.
• Exceptional attention to detail; accuracy is non-negotiable in this role.
• Reliable adherence to deadlines, with the ability to manage your own workload and flag blockers early.
• Spanish is desirable; French is highly desirable and will set you apart.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English to collaborate effectively in our international team.

About the role

As a Financial Analyst Intern at Flanks, you'll join the Product Team and work directly on one of the most data-critical parts of our platform: ensuring that financial portfolios are accurate, well-classified, and correctly loaded. Reporting to our Product Operations Manager, you'll analyse complex data availability situations, propose solutions, and execute on them — contributing directly to the quality of what our clients see and rely on.
