COLIBRIX ONE is hiring a B2B Sales Manager (Acquiring) with hands-on experience in payment acquiring, merchant acquisition, and processing. The ideal candidate has a strong network of European merchants, particularly across low- and medium-risk verticals, and understands the full acquiring sales cycle.

Responsibilities include tailoring proposals, agreements, and deal structures; onboarding and go-live; and maintaining CRM records while representing the brand at events and online.

Formación

• B2B sales experience in fintech, banking, EMI or payment institutions.
• Proven track record in acquiring and managing European markets.
• Strong network of European merchants and industry contacts.
• Fluent in Russian and English.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, research, and acquire target merchants across European markets, focusing on low- and medium-risk verticals.
• Prepare custom proposals, agreements, and deal structures.
• Assess client needs and tailor solutions to meet business goals.
• Lead negotiations and meet sales KPIs and revenue targets.
• Pitch products at events, meetings, and introductions.
• Attend major industry conferences and networking events.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline tracking.
• Represent the company across social channels and online communities.
• Gather market feedback and relay insights to product and marketing teams.
