Job summary

COLIBRIX ONE is seeking an Ad Account Manager (FB & Google Ads) to join the Colibrix Partners team. You will be the primary support for clients needing high-quality ad accounts and reliable payment solutions to scale their traffic.

You will leverage the Colibrix One fintech ecosystem to provide seamless financial infrastructure and card solutions for ad spend, while collaborating with internal teams to deliver growth and efficiency for partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as Account Manager or in Client Service within a marketing agency or affiliate network.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads; knowledge of arbitrage landscape.
• Knowledge of retail media and digital advertising efficiency.
• High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; ability to interpret data into clear insights.
• Fluent Russian and English at an intermediate level or higher.
• Proactive team player with ability to multitask and own partner success.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily communication with partners to ensure scaling needs are met and projects stay on track.
• Manage full cycle of providing ad accounts for rent including setup and ongoing technical support.
• Monitor budget pacing and KPI performance to ensure accounts run efficiently.
• Identify growth points and optimization strategies to improve partners' ROI.
• Analyze traffic data and retail media placements to maximize placement efficiency.
• Build clear reports translating complex data into actionable insights for partners.
• Test new advertising tools and hypotheses to stay ahead of best practices.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve account issues and streamline payment flows.
