Job summary

Adevinta in Barcelona is seeking a FinOps Reporting Analyst to design and automate dashboards for RTR, PTP and OTC, leveraging Power BI, Tableau, Looker and AI tools to drive data-driven decisions across European markets.

You will partner with finance and shared services to ensure data governance, streamline reporting, and present insights to senior stakeholders; English fluency is required, Spanish a plus, and a collaborative, fast-paced mindset is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field.
Experience with financial systems like SAP S4, Blackline, OneStream, MS Dynamics, Netsuite.
Experience in finance operations, reporting, or shared services.

Responsibilities

Design and automate dashboards for RTR, PTP, and OTC metrics.
Improve data governance and ensure audit-readiness of reporting data.
Collaborate with Finance and FinSys to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions.
Present findings to senior stakeholders to support decisions.
Identify gaps and inefficiencies in RTR, PTP, and OTC reporting processes.
Ensure reporting processes comply with internal controls and audit standards.
Consolidate data from ERP systems and data warehouses.
Recommend enhancements to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.
