Qualifications

• Quantitative, automation-first mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
• Background in engineering, business or data-minded disciplines; accounting/finance exposure a plus.
• Fluent Spanish and/or Portuguese, plus working English.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform real controlling tasks: month-end close, reconciliations, budgeting, variance analysis.
• Identify and automate repetitive manual tasks to save time.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reporting to avoid manual rework.
• Collaborate with automation teams to scope improvements for controlling.
• Document work and share insights with the team to empower colleagues.
