Job summary

Dlocal LLP is seeking a FinOps Specialist to oversee high-risk transactional flows, safeguarding financial integrity, and collaborating with Finance, Product, and Engineering to improve controls and automate processes. You will design and deploy automated dashboards, apply AI-driven analytics, and drive continuous improvement through metrics and governance across regional markets.

2+ years in projects or audits, fluent English, and strong SQL and BI tool experience are essential to excel in this

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Projects, QA testing, internal/external auditing, reconciliations, or multinational companies.
Ability to manipulate large amounts of data.
Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Overseeing and enforcing robust business assurance frameworks across regional markets and operations.
Designing and executing a process transformation roadmap to simplify and automate fx reconciliations and risk monitoring.
Identifying operational gaps and automating manual vulnerabilities with cross-functional teams.
Driving root-cause analysis on operational differences and ensuring corrective actions.
Collaborating with regional and global stakeholders to align priorities and streamline workflows.
Establishing continuous monitoring through metrics, dashboards, and assurance reviews for leadership visibility.
