CNX is hiring a Fashion Support Consultant (Finnish-speaking) for an onsite role in Benalmádena. You will handle customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat, log details, and resolve requests within SLA while maintaining product knowledge for client-specific applications.

Language skills in Finnish plus English or Spanish are required. The role offers a full-time schedule (Mon-Sun, 08:00–19:00), with training and career development programs.

Formación

• Proficient or bilingual in Finnish with an advanced level of English or Spanish.
• Strong customer care skills and ability to listen and understand customer needs.
• Able to take ownership of calls and progress to resolution or escalate as needed.
• Excellent communication skills and adaptability; IT platform familiarity is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Take incoming customer calls via telephone, email, voicemail, chats, or alerts and resolve user requests.
• Log call details and provide response and resolution within SLA.
• Maintain knowledge of applications and product info for assigned customers.
• Escalate issues per project processes and perform necessary administrative duties.
