Concentrix is a global technology and services leader delivering customer support across industries. The Fashion Support Consultant (Finnish-speaking) on-site in Benalmádena joins our team to power brands with exceptional service.

You will handle incoming calls via phone, email, or chat, log details, maintain product knowledge, escalate issues, and perform administrative duties. Fluent Finnish and strong English or Spanish, plus excellent communication, are required.

Qualifications

• Finnish language skills required; English or Spanish proficiency also required.
• Customer care experience desirable.
• Ability to take ownership and resolve calls.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming customer calls via telephone, email, voicemail, chats, or other alerts and resolve users’ demands.
• Log call details in call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA.
• Maintain knowledge of applications specific to customers and provide accurate guidance.
• Escalate potential service issues following project processes and menthor guidelines.
• Understand and comply with administrative duties.
