• Becoming a Brand Expert: Building up-to-date knowledge of products, client services, and fashion trends.
• Collaborating: Working closely with mentors and team leaders to handle escalations and continuous process improvements.

• Languages: Native or fluent Finnish, along with an advanced level of English or Spanish.
