Axel Recruit Consultancy in Málaga is seeking a Cloud Sales Specialist to join our client's team. This hybrid role blends technical acumen with business development to drive value for SMEs.

You will identify upsell opportunities, present cloud-based solutions, provide tailored technical guidance, and support customer success through the cloud. Collaboration with colleagues and ongoing training are provided.

Formación

• Fluent in Finnish (native or near-native) and proficient in English.
• 3-6+ years in technology-related sales or business development.
• At least a Fundamentals-level certification in a relevant tech area.
• Good understanding of cloud-based productivity and collaboration tools.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and maximise upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your customer portfolio.
• Present the value of cloud-based solutions and connect them to customers' business objectives.
• Provide technical product overviews and tailored advice based on customer needs.
• Contribute ideas and expertise to accelerate customer success in the cloud.
• Review and confirm implementation requirements and pricing calculations.
• Conduct customer meetings and demos via Teams.
• Deliver internal training sessions and workshops within your area of expertise.

We are looking for a driven and technically skilled Cloud Sales Specialist to join our client's team in Malaga. This is a hybrid role that suits someone who wants to combine technical expertise with business development - and make a real difference for small and medium-sized businesses.

About the Role

As a Cloud Sales Specialist, you will work with a customer segment where you can create real business value. You combine technical knowledge with sales skills and work both independently and in close collaboration with your colleagues.

Your Responsibilities

• Identify and maximise upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your customer portfolio
• Present the value of cloud-based solutions and connect them to customers' business objectives
• Provide technical product overviews and tailored advice based on customer needs

Your Profile

• Fluent in Finnish (native or near-native level) and proficient in English
• 3-6+ years of experience in technology-related sales or business development
• At least a Fundamentals-level certification in a relevant technology area
• Good understanding of cloud-based productivity, communication, and collaboration solutions
• Experience with cloud deployment, migration, and technology management
• Genuine interest in and knowledge of cloud technologies, business drivers, and emerging trends
• Strong communication skills and a natural customer focus
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
