Job summary
Accenture, a leading global professional services company, is looking for a S&C Finance Transformation Manager to join our Finance Reinvention Partner practice in Madrid. You will lead end-to-end transformation programs for the Finance function, partnering with CFOs and senior leaders to reimagine strategy, operating models and processes.

Qualifications
- 7+ years in management consulting or similar environments.
- Proven experience in financial operating model transformation.
- Experience with financial platforms ERP/EPM/Cloud/Analytics.
- Advanced knowledge or interest in generative AI for finance.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Strong leadership and senior stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Define strategy and lead end-to-end Finance operating model implementations.
- Manage teams and coordinate stakeholders to align with objectives.
- Drive digitalization and optimization of finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A) with AI.
- Design and oversee technology modernization roadmaps (ERP, Cloud, Analytics).
- Advise CFOs on diagnostics and business cases for finance transformations.
- Advance Finance Reinvention capabilities and AI initiatives.
