Job summary

Accenture PLC in Madrid is seeking a Finance Transformation Senior Manager to lead enterprise value engagements. You will collaborate with CFOs and top executives to shape finance strategy, operating models, and performance programs across Spain and internationally.

You will drive digital finance initiatives, partner with Strategy, Consulting, Technology, and Data & AI teams, and mentor multidisciplinary项目 teams while delivering sustainable business outcomes.

Qualifications

10+ years in senior strategy/finance transformation consulting.
Proven leadership of large-scale transformation engagements.
Strong executive stakeholder management with CFOs and C-suite.
Expertise in finance strategy, operating models, and value realization.
Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

Lead finance strategy and enterprise value engagements focused on performance improvement and value creation.
Advise CFOs on operating models, finance transformation, and cost optimization.
Define target finance operating models across governance, processes, and data.
Develop strategic roadmaps, transformation plans, and business cases with quantified value.
Oversee redesign of core finance processes: P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Controlling.
Drive finance digital transformation using ERP, Cloud, Data & Analytics, AI/GenAI.
Lead multidisciplinary teams and build trusted senior stakeholder relationships.
Contribute to business development, proposals, and innovation initiatives.
