Job summary

Accenture in Madrid is seeking a Finance Transformation Manager specialized in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) to lead functional EPM transformation projects across planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting.

You will work with CFOs and FP&A teams to design future-state processes, governance, and operating models, collaborating with Strategy & Consulting, Technology, and Data teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Finance Transformation and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) within consulting or large-scale transformation environments.
• Strong functional understanding of FP&A, Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Consolidation, Management Reporting, and Performance Management.
• Experience leading or managing EPM transformation projects or functional workstreams.
• Ability to translate Finance requirements into functional processes, requirements, and solution designs.
• Experience coordinating with Finance leadership, FP&A, Controlling, and other stakeholders in a consulting context.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional EPM transformation projects across Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Consolidation, Reporting, and Performance Management.
• Manage EPM projects through the transformation lifecycle from assessment to design, deployment support, testing, and adoption.
• Collaborate with Finance teams to map current processes, identify gaps, and define future-state processes and operating models.
• Advise on FP&A, planning, forecasting, consolidation, and performance management improvements and standardization.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and solution designs; act as the bridge between Finance and technology teams.
• Define EPM roadmaps, scope, governance, and implementation plans; coordinate cross-functional workstreams.
