Job Description
Reporting to senior leadership, the Finance Manager will be responsible for:
Financial Reporting & Control
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and reliable financial reporting.
- Maintain balance sheet integrity, including reconciliations, accruals, and provisions.
- Guarantee compliance with accounting policies and reporting standards.
Budgeting, Forecasting & Performance Management
- Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
- Analyze business performance against budget and forecast.
- Develop and monitor financial and operational KPIs.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Tax, Compliance & Statutory Reporting
- Ensure compliance with local tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate external audits and manage relationships with advisors and auditors.
- Oversee tax filings and reporting obligations.
- Maintain strong internal controls and governance processes.
Treasury & Cash Management
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.
- Oversee banking relationships and cash forecasting activities.
- Support treasury and funding requirements.
- Ensure compliance with treasury policies and procedures.
Internal Controls & Risk Management
- Strengthen and continuously improve internal control frameworks.
- Identify financial risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Support internal and external audit processes.
- Promote financial governance and process excellence.
Leadership & Business Partnering
- Lead and develop the local finance team.
- Act as a trusted finance partner to the leadership team.
- Support business cases, investment decisions, and strategic initiatives.
