North Search is seeking a Financial Director for the Iberian subsidiary, based at the Barcelona area. The role focuses on General Ledger, AP/AR, credit policy, auditing and banking relations, and comprehensive financial reporting to CEO and group.

You will lead a small team of analysts, drive forecasting, budgeting, and LRPs, and partner with the site to balance strategic and day-to-day financial decisions in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years with progressive finance roles, with a consolidated role as Finance Director.
• Experience in Industrial environments.
• Ability to work, influence, and drive inside a matrix environment.
• Hands-on leader with a strategy-operational mindset.
• Empathetic leadership to develop the team.

Responsabilités

• Financial planning including forecasting, budgets, and long-term plans (LRP).
• Process improvement in alignment with the Controlling department.
• Industrial partnering with the site to drive targets and reporting.
• From insight to action: turning numbers into recommendations.
