Job summary

SAMY, a global leader in brand communications, is seeking a Finance Manager Iberia to own end-to-end financial operations for Spain and Portugal. You will drive monthly closes, FP&A, budgeting, and financial planning, acting as a trusted partner to business teams across the Iberian region.

You will build dashboards, analyze profitability, and ensure compliance with local regulations while mentoring the finance team.

Qualifications

• Big4 experience in audit or financial advisory required.
• Strong FP&A and Controlling experience.
• Experience managing people is required.
• +7 years of overall finance experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly accounting close for Spain and Portugal end-to-end.
• Prepare reporting packages for Group consolidation.
• Build KPI dashboards for local leadership and stakeholders.
• Provide profitability analysis by client, campaign and service line.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Support local GAAP financial statements and liaise with auditors.
• Ensure compliance with local tax obligations and controls.
• Implement and maintain financial controls and seek automation.
• Directly manage and develop the financial team.
