Job summary

BIC World is seeking a Senior Manager Finance Iberia to lead the full finance scope across Iberia, including P&L ownership, GTN management, budgeting and forecasting, and compliance. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, HR and Channel leaders to drive profitable growth in a hybrid Barcelona/Tarragona office.

Ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Finance or MBA with proven leadership and the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights for executives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong leadership and business partnering capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the full P&L for the Iberia entity, including Revenue, COGS, Brand support and OPEX.
• Lead budget, rolling forecasts, and long-term planning processes.
• Deliver monthly close and management reporting with variance analysis.
• Oversee GTN analysis, discounts, and promotional investments.
• Ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance and manage auditors.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Coach and develop the Finance team; drive process improvements.
