Job summary

Nitricity is seeking a Field Trials & Product Development Manager for Spain. The role focuses on designing and executing field trials, coordinating with partners, and analyzing results to guide product launches across crops and regions.

You will collaborate with growers, agronomists, distributors and the R&D&I team to validate formulations and support regulatory dossiers. Travel nationwide and to Europe is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomic Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or Master's in Agronomy or equivalent.
• 5+ years of field trials experience with high-value crops and fertilizers/biostimulants.
• Fluent English (minimum B2).
• Valid category B driving license. Travel required.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan and carry out the annual program of field trials and tests.
• Select partners and coordinate product logistics.
• Analyze results and translate into actionable conclusions.
• Prepare technical reports.
• Identify needs of the Spanish market.
• Collaborate with R&D on formulation adaptation and validation.
• Provide agronomic data for registration and organic certification dossiers.
• Coordinate with technology centers on product scale-up.
• Support sales with technical input and present results to growers.
