Job summary

Agricultural Recruitment Specialists seeks a Technical Agronomy Advisor to support growth across Spain. This field-based role involves working directly with growers, providing practical agronomic advice, supporting trials and demonstrations, and building strong relationships with distributor partners.

You will travel roughly 50–60% of the time, engaging with growers and agricultural businesses while contributing to market development and collaborations with agronomy and commercial teams.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification required.
• Degree in Agronomy, Plant Science, Plant Pathology or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit growers and provide practical agronomic advice across citrus and fruit production.
• Build and maintain a network of grower relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Support distributors with technical advice, joint customer visits and farmer demonstrations.
• Coordinate and monitor field trials and on-farm demonstrations.
• Collect and communicate trial results, grower feedback and market intelligence.
• Attend agricultural events and field days to develop your network and represent the business.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide updates on activity.
