Natural Remedies is seeking a European leader to drive growth across Spain, France, Germany, Netherlands and Poland. You will map markets, build strategic plans and expand the customer base through direct and indirect channels.

You will collaborate with R&D, regulatory and marketing teams to position NR solutions and manage distributors and key accounts, translating science into commercial value across diverse European markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in European market development and multi-country sales.
• Strong capability in strategic account management and distributor networks.
• Ability to translate scientific insights into commercial strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual business plans for Spain, France, Germany, Netherlands and Poland.
• Conduct market mapping and intelligence covering customers, feed mills, distributors, pricing and market needs.
• Develop strategic key account plans and expand market share through portfolio expansion and cross-selling.
• Identify and convert new direct and indirect business opportunities, including partnerships.
• Appoint and manage distributors and coordinate with R&D, regulatory and marketing teams.
