Syngenta is hiring a Field Trials Scientist for its Vegetables R&D team in El Ejido, Spain. This position focuses on managing field trials for solanaceae crops like peppers and tomatoes, ensuring adherence to quality and scientific standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Agronomy or related fields, along with significant hands-on experience, especially in evaluating vegetable crops. A strong background in data management is also essential, along with fluency in English and Spanish.

Formación

• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in vegetable crops.
• Ability to assess trial quality and evaluate crop performance.
• Willingness to travel within the Almería region.

Responsabilidades

• Design and manage the full trialing cycle for vegetable crops.
• Coordinate off-station trials with growers.
• Present trial results and product proposals.
