Thermal Works LLC is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team in Madrid with 75% travel within Spain. You will service, commission, and support Thermal Works equipment in data centers and commercial facilities.

Ideal candidates have HVAC certifications, 3–5 years of experience with chillers and CRAH units, and fluency in English and Spanish. Expect a dynamic, on-site role with comprehensive training at our U.S. headquarters.

Formación

• Technical or Vocational Degree/Certification in HVAC or related field.
• F-Gas Category I Certification required.
• 3–5 years hands‑on experience in mechanical systems for critical facilities.
• Experience with chillers and CRAH units including installation and maintenance.
• Familiar with PED and EN 378 refrigeration safety norms.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Complete a comprehensive training program at Thermal Works’ U.S. headquarters.
• Manage Preventive Maintenance and Service schedules.
• Perform on-site quality control for the installation of Thermal Works products.
• Perform all preventative maintenance and service needs for clients.
• Be available to take emergency issues when on call.
• Monitor service software closely to ensure services are met on a timely schedule.
• Collaboration with different departments within the company for product development and improvement.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting and repair of thermal works equipment.
• 75% travel requirement within Spain.
