ThermalWorks LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to act as the technical quality authority across European contract manufacturers and field sites. The role requires deep hands-on HVAC/mechanical expertise, 4+ years in QA, and strong documentation skills. Fluency in Spanish is essential; Catalan is a plus.

Formación

• 7+ years hands-on HVAC/mechanical experience
• 4+ years in a Quality role (engineer, supervisor, manager)
• QA/QC experience on construction, commissioning, or service projects in data center or critical infrastructure environments
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, submittals, MOPs, SOPs, and EAPs
• Strong written documentation skills for inspection reports and nonconformance logs
• Willingness to travel to factory and field sites regularly
• Proficiency with BAS/BMS platforms for system verification during site inspections
• Fluency in Spanish

Responsabilidades

• Support production at ThermalWorks Europe to identify quality concerns for first article inspections or prior to shipping
• Review documentation against engineering specs and submittals
• Coordinate findings with factory leadership and flag holds
• Document inspection outcomes and report to Director of Quality
• Perform on-site QA/QC inspections at customer data center locations
• Lead 8D problem solving and drive corrective actions with TW Engineering and Operations
• Create customer-facing reports (Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Actions) and site visit inspections
