Schneider Electric in Barcelona, Spain is seeking a knowledgeable Technician or Engineer to provide remote technical support for computer room and data center cooling applications. You will be a technical reference for customers, assisting with product selection, system design, and troubleshooting for DX and chilled‑water systems.
Fluent Spanish and good English are required. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement and opportunities to contribute to documentation and internal knowledge
Formación
- Experience in cooling/air‑conditioning, DX and chilled‑water systems.
- Understanding of data center cooling requirements.
- Solid PC skills with relevant software tools.
Responsabilidades
- Provide technical support to customers via telephone and email.
- Assist customers with product selection, system design, and troubleshooting.
- Attend appropriate quality conference calls.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the pre‑sales process.
- Conduct post‑sales support by addressing customer inquiries and resolving technical issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and product developments.
- Contribute to the development of technical support documentation and resources.
