BD Medication Management Solutions is seeking a dedicated Field Service Engineer to join Global Customer Services. You will perform on-site and remote technical support, including installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, while building strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

• Vocational training in electronics, electromechanical or equivalent.
• Desirable degrees in electrical/electronic engineering or electronics/electricity technician.
• Experience in technical service in hospital and/or electroph electromedicine environments.
• Strong IT skills including Windows OS, networking, problem solving and configuration.
• Customer-focused with a proven track record of high-quality service in high-volume environments.
• Driver's license is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site or remote technical support and training, including installation and preventive/corrective maintenance.
• Build effective relationships with clients, including end users and technical contacts (IT, electromedicine, department heads).
• Deliver excellent customer service, escalate technical or satisfaction concerns as needed, and own them to resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and service records in ticketing systems per KPIs and medical device regulations.
• Plan short- and long-term activities for the assigned region to optimize time usage and tool calibration.
• Maintain an efficient vehicle stock inventory.
• Assist investigations of customer complaints and other issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with the GCS team leader to set goals for personal development.
• Support revenue growth, cost savings, and operational efficiency while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement of service operations.
