Markem-Imaje is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our technical service team in Spain, delivering high-quality support to local customers from a remote base. You will perform pre-installations, installations, maintenance, and provide on-site and remote training, ensuring accurate service reports and billing information.

Formación

• Experience in field service or technical service.
• Technical qualification in electrical/electronics/mechanics.
• Fluent in Spanish and upper-intermediate English.

Responsabilidades

• Perform pre-installations, installations and maintenance on equipment.
• Deliver technical training to customers and internal staff.
• Complete service reports with accurate data and billing details.
• Promote service solutions to maximize uptime and growth.
• Collaborate with Sales to support revenue targets.
• Travel to customer sites within assigned area; national/international travel as needed.
