Jobtailor is seeking a field-based Service Engineer to support pharmaceutical customers across Catalonia. You will install and optimize hardware/software, implement analytical method workflows, and provide proactive training and service to ensure peak performance of chromatography equipment.

Formación

• Completed university degree within the last 24 months in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or similar.
• Strong hands-on experience operating chromatography equipment.
• Experience with computer/software/server connected equipment.
• Proactive and self-driven mindset.
• Willingness to travel 75% of the time.
• Full proficiency in Spanish.
• High level of English.
• Driver's license.
• Consent to participate in and meet Agilent-approved credentialing requirements necessary to access customer sites.

Responsabilidades

• Support pharmaceutical customers across Catalonia in laboratory environments.
• Install and optimize hardware, software, network products and configurations.
• Implement analytical method workflow solutions at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve product and application method performance problems.
• Perform maintenance and compliance verification.
• Deliver hardware and software customer training.
• Advise customers on preventive maintenance and configurations affecting product performance.
• Address customer service requests and communicate proactively before, during and after service.
• Collaborate with Support, Sales, Marketing and R&D teams to provide customer solutions.
• Deliver internal technical trainings, seminars and workshops for field engineers when needed.
