Eurofins is seeking an IT Business Analyst - LIMS Process Expert based in Barcelona, Spain. You will translate lab and business requirements into actionable deliverables for the chromatography data system, optimize workflows for quality and efficiency, and ensure compliance with EU environmental testing standards.

You’ll partner with EU lab leaders, product and engineering teams, finance, and commercial units to standardize processes and guide feature delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst or Product Owner/Analyst in software, lab ops, or scientific environments.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with LIMS and CDS.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills across EU teams.
• Working knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025, EU Ecolabel, EA frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel (SQL/BI tools a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Translate requirements into clear deliverables for chromatography data workflows.
• Collaborate with EU stakeholders and Product Development to groom backlogs and releases.
• Lead EU regional UAT, sign-off, and change management for features.
• Build dashboards and provide actionable EU-specific insights.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cross-site alignment.
