Agilent Technologies is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support pharmaceutical customers across Catalonia and Navarra, Spain. The role covers on-site installation, maintenance, LC and GC applications, software and compliance services, plus customer training.

You will engage with laboratories, deliver preventive maintenance, and collaborate with Support, Sales, Marketing and R&D to provide effective solutions. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with a valid driver’s license.

Formación

• A completed university degree within the last 24 months in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or similar.
• Experience with computer/software/server connected equipment.
• You will need to be proactive and self-driven, as well as having curiosity and willingness to learn new products/ services.
• Strong soft skills capabilities for this customer facing role is mandatory.
• Full proficient of Spanish and high level of English.
• Driver's license

Responsabilidades

• Install and optimize hardware/software/network products and configurations as well as implements analytical method workflow solutions at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolves product and application method performance problems.
• Performs maintenance, compliance verification and hardware & software customer training delivery.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations, which may impact product performance.
• Address customer requests for service and communicate proactively before, during and after service.
• Collaborate with Agilent teams such as Support, Sales, Marketing and R&D to provide solutions to customers.
• May deliver internal technical trainings, seminars and workshops for field engineers.
