Hufschmied Zerspanungssysteme GmbH, a Swabian family business with over 30 years of cutting tool experience, seeks a Field Sales Representative for Spain. You coordinate sales, organize milling trials at the customer site with application engineering, and plan appointments in a structured, independent manner.

You will manage existing customers and acquire new ones with partners, organize events, and represent the company at trade fairs.

Formación

• Fluent Spanish and English; German preferred.
• Willingness to travel within Spain.
• Structured, goal‑oriented approach; entrepreneurial.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate sales in Spain and organize milling trials with application engineering.
• Plan and organize appointments in a structured and independent manner.
• Implement company strategies and goals with the sales unit.
• Document activities and report to sales management.
• Manage existing customers and acquire new ones with partners.
• Organize customer events and participate in trade fairs.
• Act as interface between customer, application engineering, back office and sales partners.
• Analyze customer potential and develop it further.

• They coordinate sales in Spain, organize milling trials at the customer's site, and conduct these trials with the involvement of application engineering.
• You plan and organize your appointments in a structured and independent manner.
• Together with your sales unit, you will consistently implement the company strategies and your set goals.
• They document their activities in a structured manner and report regularly to the sales management.
• They manage an existing customer base and acquire new customers in close cooperation with existing partner companies.
• They organize customer events and actively participate in trade fairs to represent the company.
• They act as a central interface between the customer, application engineering, back office and sales partners.
• They analyze customer potential and systematically develop it further.

Your profile:

• They speak fluent Spanish and English, preferably also German.
• They have a high willingness to travel within Spain.
• They work in a structured, goal‑oriented manner and act entrepreneurially.
• You are a flexible team player with passion and a high level of technical understanding.
• You have a technical education and are enthusiastic about field service, in which you ideally already have experience.
• They have a confident, professional demeanor at all hierarchical levels.
