Emerson is seeking a Field Sales Engineer for Isolation Valves in Iberia. You will partner with customers to understand their challenges and identify solutions that deliver business value.

You will manage key accounts, develop plans, and collaborate with BDMs, support teams, and specialists to drive growth and win opportunities while staying ahead of market trends. This role requires technical selling, leadership, and frequent travel across the region.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or application engineering within an industrial or technical environment.
• Solid understanding of valve industry products and applications.
• Demonstrated ability in strategic thinking and leadership.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong personal drive, resilience, and passion for achieving results.
• Strong command of the English language, with ability to prepare and deliver effective presentations.
• Ability to travel up to 60% for customer visits across the region.

Responsabilidades

• Account Management and Customer Relationships: build long-term relationships with account stakeholders and develop account plans.
• Needs assessments and solution presentation: conduct needs assessments and design tailored solutions.
