Emerson is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join the Iberia Service Team within the Sensors Department. The role covers installation, commissioning, maintenance, diagnostics and after-sales services across the installed customer base.

Based in Catalonia, Northern Portugal or Galicia, with travel up to 75% across Spain and Portugal and occasional international sites. This role offers development opportunities and a strong foundation for your career at Emerson.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical/electronics/computer science) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Manufacturing/Process Engineering.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and technical competencies related to job responsibilities.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Carry out installation/commissioning, fault analysis, and repairs on Emerson instruments.
• Provide diagnostics, troubleshooting, calibration, startup and commissioning services.
• Provide technical support and on-site training for customers.
• Ensure activities align with customer expectations, timelines and internal guidelines.
• Travel up to ~75% across Spain, Portugal and occasionally internationally.
