Vertiv Co is seeking a Manager for Field Service Engineers to lead a team delivering installation, repair, and maintenance across the EMEA region. You will drive performance, ensure safety, and optimize service delivery at customer sites.

Typical responsibilities include coaching teams, coordinating with Sales and Logistics, and maintaining high customer satisfaction while meeting regulatory and safety standards.

SUMMARY

The Manager for Field Service Engineers plays a pivotal role in leading a team of engineers responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of Vertiv and legacy company equipment at customer sites across the EMEA region. This role ensures operational excellence, team performance, and customer satisfaction through effective leadership and strategic oversight

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Field Service Engineers across designated territories.


• Ensure timely and high-quality execution of installation, maintenance, and repair services.


• Drive team performance through KPIs, efficiency metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.


• Maintain compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations.


• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Technical Support, Logistics) to ensure seamless service delivery.


• Foster strong customer relationships, acting as a point of escalation and ensuring satisfaction.


• Identify training needs and support the development of technical and soft skills within the team.


• Manage resource planning, scheduling, and workload balancing to optimize service coverage.
