Job summary

Lexroom is launching an elite Graduate Program – Sales designed for the top 3% of young talent. This fast-track path turns you into a high-performing Account Executive in 18 months, with four consecutive role rotations and coaching through the Lexroom Sales Academy.

You’ll start in BDR, progress to Mid-Market BDR, then move to AE, owning deals and shaping your sales strategy. Hybrid work, Barcelona office, and an uncapped OTE with stock options await high-performers.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or up to 1 year experience in B2B sales or tech/AI.
• Top performers across university, sports, projects or work.
• Excellent communication in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Complete four rotations from BDR to AE with coaching.
• Qualify leads, build pipeline and run discovery.
• Close first customers and manage live deals.
• Learn AI-enabled selling via Lexroom Sales Academy.
