Lexroom is launching an elite Graduate Program – Sales in Madrid and Barcelona designed for the top 3% of young talent. It’s a fast-track program with four rotations to become a high-performing Account Executive in 18 months, supported by a world-class Sales Academy.

Annual pay €40.000–€60.000 EUR, uncapped equity and a hybrid work model between home and office. You’ll learn discovery, prospecting, demos and closing while working with senior AEs and Sales Directors to accelerate your career in

Qualifications

• Recent graduate (or up to 1 year experience) with a strong interest in B2B sales and tech / AI.
• Consistently among top performers in academics, sports, projects, or work.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish (native or C1+) and English.
• High drive and resilience; comfortable with ambitious targets and rejection.
• Willing to take responsibility early and have meaningful impact.

Responsabilités

• Qualify leads; learn discovery basics and handoff to AE.
• Generate pipeline from scratch; master prospecting, outbound sequences, first touch and meeting setting.
• Own deals on the legal segment; run discovery calls, demos, objections handling and closes.
• Collaborate with senior AEs, Sales Coach and Sales Director on live deals and strategy.
• Train within the Lexroom Sales Academy with modules on sales methodology, pipeline management, AI usage, personal performance.
