Job summary

Concentrix Spain Business Process Outsourcing S.L.U. in Barcelona is seeking a Fashion Support Consultant (English-speaking) to handle incoming customer calls and inquiries onsite. You will log details, maintain product knowledge, and escalate issues per process requirements.

The role offers full-time hours, on-site work, and paid training. The ideal candidate is fluent in English with strong customer care skills, able to own calls through resolution, and comfortable using Windows/MS Office.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of IT platforms, devices, and applications such as Windows/MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming customer calls (phone, email, chat, or other) and resolve users’ requests.
• Log call details in call management systems and provide responses within SLA.
• Maintain knowledge of products and applications specific to customers.
• Escalate potential service issues initially with Mentor and follow project procedures.
• Understand and comply with administrative duties.

What you will do in this role

• Take incoming customer calls (via telephone, email, voicemail, chats, or other automated alerts) and solve users’ demands.
• Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA.
• Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers.
• Escalate potential service issues initially with Mentor. To follow all the processes and procedures of the project.
• Understand and comply with administrative duties
