Concentrix Spain Business Process Outsourcing S.L.U. in Barcelona is seeking a Fashion Support Consultant (Polish speaking) to join onsite. You will handle customer interactions via phone and email, log cases, and resolve issues in line with SLAs.

Requires Polish and advanced English, familiarity with Windows and MS Office, and a passion for delivering excellent service. The role is full-time (39 hours/week) with a fixed-term contract and a local Barcelona office.

What You Will Do in This Role

• Handle incoming customer interactions via phone, email, and other channels, ensuring a high-quality service experience
• Accurately log all interactions and provide timely solutions in line with service level agreements (SLAs)
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and systems
• Identify and escalation complex cases when needed to ensure effective resolution

• Are bilingual or proficient in Polish with an advanced level of English
• Have a good understanding of IT platforms, equipment, and applications (Windows, MS Office, internet settings)

• Take ownership of customer requests and follow them through to resolution or escalation
