What You Will Do

• Handle incoming customer interactions via phone, email, and other channels, ensuring a high-quality service experience
• Accurately log all interactions and provide timely solutions in line with service level agreements (SLAs)
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and systems
• Identify and elevate complex cases when needed to ensure effective resolution

Benefits
