Job summary

Triangle Solutions HR in Barcelona is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet and assist customers by phone and on other channels.

The role focuses on handling inquiries, processing orders and returns, and delivering excellent service to boost satisfaction and sales. The one-month temporary contract starts with unpaid training on November 9th, working 38.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00, in a dynamic international environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with telephone-based support is a plus.

About the position

Do you have experience as a TELEPHONE OPERATOR or would you like to make the leap into this sector? This could be your opportunity! We are looking for motivated people to work in Barcelona.

Our day-to-day responsibilities:

• Receive incoming telephone calls from new and existing customers
• Manage customers' orders, changes and returns of products and/or services according to ensure timely and accurate product and service delivery
• Provide and excellent customer service experience to clients through different contact channels, in order to enhance customer satisfaction, engagement and increase sales

What we offer:

• Contract: Temporary contract of 1 month
• Salary: 18.735 € gross/year
• Schedule: 38,5 hours/week, from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 18.00
• One week of unpaid training prior to the start of the contract on November 9th.
