Job summary

Triangle Solutions in Barcelona is seeking a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to handle calls and support customers. The role focuses on delivering excellent service and ensuring accurate order handling.

Contract is temporary for 1 month with a gross annual salary of 18,735 €, working 38.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00. A training week precedes the start date on November 9, and opportunities for growth exist within the project.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

• Receive incoming telephone calls from new and existing customers
• Manage customers' orders, changes and returns of products and/or services according to ensure timely and accurate product and service delivery
• Provide and excellent customer service experience to clients through different contact channels, in order to enhance customer satisfaction, engagement and increase sales

What we offer:

Contract: Temporary contract of 1 month

Salary: 18.735 € gross/year

Schedule: 38,5 hours/week, from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 18.00

One week of unpaid training prior to the start of the contract on November 9th.
